Recently upset with the way things were handled here. We are a daily customer, purchase multiple items per day, and recommend higher grounds to all friends, family, and customers. I have always had amazing service from this company! I have recently realized they are they are In breach of Wisconsin state statutes section 100.18. When it was brought to their attention, it was disregarded and said that the owner was already aware. Therefore the owner is aware she is in fault. I would have loved to have an attentive conversation to explain. Unfortunately after this experience, my outlook on this businesses practice has changed.
Drive thru for a quick caffeine fix, or if you want to stop in and have a menu item that's an option as well. Merch available, comfortable seating, Wi-Fi available. Decent amount of signature flavors/variety.

Beautiful little coffee shop. They have local artists' crafts on display for sale. Large sign showing all options for drinks/food. Decent sized seating area with tables/chairs as well as a couple couches. Very friendly service.
I cannot say enough great things about Higher grounds! The staff is so bubbly and energetic in the morning. Most of them remembering my order. If you haven’t had a chance to try the salted caramel daddyO you’re really missing out’
It's a nice place with a great atmosphere, but the coffee is not for me. I ordered a cappuccino and was served a latte.
Paid for a sandwich but never received it. Drive thru no good. I had to wait and watch them talk Amongst themselves. , ice carmal macchiato quad shot was on point
